Michal has spent over 2.5 decades honing her skills in user research, usability research, and Human Factors Engineering at some of Israel’s most prominent organizations and institutions, including the IAF, IMod, and HFE. Currently serving as an HFE consultant and lecturer, she find the field of Human Factors Engineering to be the sweet spot where performance research meets its human side. According to Michal, well-planned systems improve performance, and are integral in reducing entropy, so all sides win big.
